I'd really love to see Dynamic Link in action. That part has been the ONE reason I've stuck with Motion for most things. For lower-third templates and the like, it's just golden.

Well, Premiere is still my preferred editing app…but depending on the project, I'm damn fast in Avid! The best and quickest way I suppose to go from FCP to AE is via Premiere. I haven't done since I'm not an FCP user at the moment, but check out this vid from Adobe: http://tv.adobe.com/#vi+f16309v1000

Additionally if needed, you can fine tune your edit while at the same doing your work in AE. Dynamic Link and the import option into AE is a great workflow that I can't break out of

What I need is a quick way to go from FCP to AE. There's a few scripts I haven't tried, and of course Automatic Duck (which is non-free and therefore non-considered .

For a moment, before I read the post, I thought you were switching back to Premiere… My frustration with FCP & Motion has made me consider it as well!
